This means you're earning the full commission offered by the carrier, without splitting with an upline. Compensation starts at carrier street-level as shown in the chart below. GA-level comp is available with proof of past production and an active agency or agency brand.
Policy Engineer (LOA Agent Path)
- Proprietary lead support + commission
- Quoting, pending requirements, customer service, and new business fulfillment handled for you
- Internal Medicare, Life, LTC, and Annuity referrals
- Weekly training (exclusive to internal agents)
- CRM, automation, and workflows included
- Just show up and sell — we handle the rest
This path is for agents who want to focus 100% on selling. You'll get proprietary lead support, commission, and full back-end support — including quoting, CRM, and service workflows — all handled by the Policy Engineer team.
